Hi All,
Now I have some questions regarding the process after getting Visa. I have read threads about airlines and medical insurance on this forum.
I was wondering if someone can shed light on finally what is a good medical insurance to buy, my father is 65 and mom is 60 and both have health issues.
Please let me know which insurance to buy which will cover their international travel plus stay in US
Also, please let me know which airlines are good for parents. I am east coast. My parents will definitely need assistance and I am also looking for someway I can have some travel companion for them. Please let me know if you have any suggestions. Thanks a ton.

Lots of activity to report. Congressional Hispanic Caucus leaders met this week with President Obama who said he wants a vote during the Lame Duck and would work the phones to round up votes. Harry Reid tweeted today that he'll offer the DREAM Act as a standalone bill which will hopefully help bring along a few of the "procedural" no voters from last September who indicated they like the DREAM Act but didn't believe in tacking it on to a budget bill. As per my knowledge, You will be out of status if you didn't your H1B approval.
So you should try alternative things, like moving on to F1 or H4 dependent Visa.
If you have EAD you should not worry at all.
About USCIS, sometimes it won't get updated. One of my cousin's H1B was canelled and compant got confirmation mail, But still his status shown as active from past 1 year. Make sure with your Employer (ABC/initial company who has your h1B upto Feb-2011) that they got letter from USCIS.

I currently have a green card and I am filing a I130.
On part B question 14, (Date and place of admission for or adjustment to lawful permanent residence and class of admission), what is the correct way to answer "place of admission for or adjustment to lawful permanent residence"?
I received my employment based green card after filing I-485 and adjusting status. My AOS was approved while I was here in the US.

Anyone has any idea?
I have approved I140 (EB3, PD:Nov'04) from previous employer; after getting my MBA (Jun'06), I have changed the job and my job description has also changed. New employer will file the labor after 3 months (HR Policy)..I have good relations with previous employer, they are ready to file I485. Is it possible to file I485(previous employer), while I am working with new employer?
I am not sure but I came to know (not reliable source), that it is possible to file I485(previous employer) and during the interview, I can submit a support letter from the new employer. is this correct?

Just go to "edit photo" and you should be able to copy an image from an album to the monthly challenge.
How do I post to the monthly contest and keep the pictures in my albums? If I copy the images it posts them again in the "today's photos". Is there a way to post to just your album without them going to "today's photos"?
